Order Processing
Most of our orders ship from our warehouse in Cootehill, Co.Cavan.
At this time Abcon Industrial Products Ltd. can only ship orders to addresses in the Ireland and Northern Ireland. Packages will ship within 24-48 business hours. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday.

Receipt of our goods
All packages can be shipped via a common carrier truck line: Interlink or Target.
When receiving these goods, please visually inspect the condition of the item before signing the freight bill. If any damage exists it must be noted on the delivery freight bill. In addition, please contact Abcon Industrial Products Ltd. customer service at 049 555 2340 while the delivery driver is still present.

Returns
To return an item you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization within 3 days of receiving the order. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any return shipping/freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping/freight charges are non refundable. All small order fees are non refundable. An item returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization, or shipping/freight charges prepaid, will be refused.

All items must be in original condition and packaging. We will not issue a credit for any items that have been misused, damaged, altered, or are in a non-saleable condition. When it is determined that the item has met the return policy, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and any original shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any and all return shipping/freight charges.
